Situated in Ross-shire, Kincraig House Hotel is one of the most elegant country houses in the Highlands of Scotland.

With some of Scotland’s best golf courses, beaches, distilleries, castles and scenery all within easy reach, the Hotel offers an ideal base for a short break or longer holiday.

The Hotel is set in an elevated position in its own grounds with extensive views towards the Cromarty Firth.  Kincraig is a building of outstanding character, the exterior of which remains largely unchanged since its construction in 1800 and recently all 15 of our bedrooms have been sympathetically restored to their former beauty.

Kincraig House Hotel has recently been upgraded by both the AA and Scottish Tourist Board  to a 4star Country House Hotel and awarded rosette status for our restaurant.
